NeckMoves reads only the live head direction needed to control the game. It never uploads video or saves face images.

You can play the core game without logging in.

Do I need to turn my neck as far as possible?

The game keeps movements within a gentle range and rewards a steady hold, not speed. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, numbness, or clear discomfort. NeckMoves does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

How does a round work?

Move slowly and gently. You never need to reach your maximum range. Complete eight balanced movements, relax your shoulders, and carry on with your day.
